Happy Holidays…I’m Out ‘Til Next Year

Happy Holidyas

I really wanted to post this week but I’ve been distracted by completing my book, 62 Blog Posts to Overcome Blogger’s Block, for publishing, which I’m excited about. It is already on Kindle.

Since this will be my focus until I get published books in my hand, I decided to take a break through January 2015.

Before I go, I’d like to give you a few things to keep in mind:

  • My Black History Book Club begins in January 2015. We’ll be starting with the Mis-Education of the Negro by Carter G. Woodson.
  • You can pre-order the published version of my book, 62 Blog Posts to Overcome Blogger’s Block, here.
  • I conduct social media, writing and blogging trainings.
  • Hire me to speak to young people about success, black history, daring to dream and keeping their eyes on the prize.
  • Let me know what you would like to see on Shorty in 2015.

So, have a very blessed Christmas and SUPER 2015. I will see you next year.

Happy Holidays & See You Next Year!

As I bring my blogging to an end for the year, I would like to thank you for your support. You are truly appreciated. I will not be responding to comments at this time, so don’t think I am a customer service failure when you do not hear from me.

Although I won’t be responding to comments during the month, consider the following for 2012:

  • Things you would like see
  • Become a contributor by submitting stories and resources
  • How Shorty can be improved

While I am gone, I’ll be

  • Planning Shorty’s 10th year anniversary
  • Developing blogging, writing and social media workshops and trainings
  • Creating trainings for the community
  • Completing client projects

So, I’ll still be busy; I just won’t be blogging. Well, I’m going now. I wish you very happy and safe holiday, and I’ll see you next year.
