I didn’t know either until I was blessed with the opportunity to work as extra help in the Department of Pharmacy. I promise, this has got to be Chicago’s biggest secret!
While I cannot speak on the pharmacy program because I am not qualified to do so, I can say that I had some super cool co-workers. Can I be honest? I thought the professors were going to have the “doctor/god complex” I experienced at other universities. They did not. Many were just as cool as the office staff, although it took a minute for some of them to get used to the new face in the department.
One of the coolest sights to behold is the diversity in gender, age and race. It’s like United Nations in that place and it’s great!
