3rd Annual Teen Test Day “Healing the Hood” is offering free confidential HIV/AIDS testing to 1,0000 inner city youth at the University of Illinois at Chicago Center East in Chicago, 750 S. Halsted.
In addition to health screenings, there will be breakout sessions conducted to address various topics including teen dating violence prevention, HIV/STI prevention, and self-efficacy and conflict resolution. The day will conclude with a showcase performance in the UIC’s state of the art arena.
The event is scheduled from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Anti-Violence Summit – 4:00 p.m.
Power Jam – 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
