NBC-5 Chicago’s “Color of AIDS” Campaign

Starting today, NBC-5 Chicago is presenting a special “Color of AIDS”campaign to highlight the effect of HIV/AIDS on communities of color.
From February 8 – 12, will air special “Color of AIDS” report every day at 5:00 a.m. and 5:00p.m. It will end on with a fundraiser on Friday, February 12th. The event will be held from 6:0 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the at the Parkway Ballroom, 4455 S. King Drive in Chicago. There will be music, food and cocktails. Tickets are $25.00. All proceeds will be donated to local organizations that focus on HIV/AIDS awareness, education, counseling, and services.
