The Care Center at Jackson Park Hospital is a comprehensive STD and HIV clinic offering free STD and HIV screenings and other support.
STD Clinic – Tuesdays from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Screening for STDs including HIV
On-site diagnosis and treatment
Health education
Risk reduction counseling
Laboratory services
HIV Clinic – Thursdays from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Appointments preferred
Treatment adherence counseling
Risk reduction counseling
Laboratory services
Support groups
Substance abuse counseling
Walk-ins are welcome – Insurance not necessary – Referrals as necessary
